Permanent Representative of Belarus Valentin Rybakov meets Executive Director of UNICEF

On 18 June, 2018 a working meeting between the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the United Nations, Valentin Rybakov, and the Executive Director of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Henrietta Fore, was held at UNICEF Headquarters in New York.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the current issues of protecting the rights and interests of children, as well as discussed the problems of complex challenges facing the world community in the field of sustainable progress in protecting children around the world.

H.Fore became the seventh executive director of UNICEF on January 1, 2018. From 2007 to 2009, she served as administrator of the US Agency for International Development and Director of External Aid for the United States.
