On December 8, 2016, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus held a solemn ceremony of Memorial Cancellation of the postage stamp of the Republic of Belarus, which was timed to the 70th anniversary of the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF).
