UNICEF representatives met with the Chairperson of the Investigation Committee
UNICEF representatives had an official visit to the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus to discuss the issue of future cooperation for the protection of children.
The Investigative Committee considered the issues of improving the legal proceedings involving minors.
On March 15, 2017, the Investigative Committee central office hosted the “Legal proceedings involving minors” national workshop.

UN Agencies in Belarus, together with the government agencies, international organizations and civil society representatives, have agreed on appointing the Secretariat to coordinate the establishment of the 3 working groups on access to justice, legal protection and awareness, legal aid and counsel; adjudication and enforcement; effective legislation.

БРЮССЕЛЬ, 27 июня 2013 г. – «Несмотря на осуществляемые последовательные реформы, детям в странах Центральной и Восточной Европы и Центральной Азии приходится преодолевать серьезные преграды при получении доступа к правосудию», – отмечается в новом докладе, который был совместно подготовлен Европейским союзом и Детским Фондом ООН (ЮНИСЕФ) и который представлен сегодня на открывшейся в Брюсселе конференции по вопросам правосудия в отношении детей.
