Content and Digital Media Consultant

UNICEF Office in Belarus is looking for Content and Digital Media Consultant. 

Under the guidance and supervision of the Communication Officer, the consultant will assist UNICEF Belarus Country Office in (1) development and production of multimedia content, including human interest stories, in order to increase media reach & visibility effectiveness, (2) web-related activities, including transfer to the new website and (3) social media outreach and integrating digital into all aspects of implementation of the Country Communications Strategy in line with the Global Communication and Public Advocacy Strategy.

Proposal from candidates should include:

1. A completed UN P-11 form;
2. Cover letter;
3. One non-academic writing sample in Russian and one in English (human story, journalistic piece, etc);
4. Two samples of images produced for social media;  
5. Financial Proposal, indicating desired monthly rate.  

Selection of the consultant will be on competitive basis.
