The National Consultant will focus on expanding already established partnerships with HC Dinamo-Minsk, ABFF, European Games 2019 and developing new partnerships and alliances. S4D National Consultant will assist UNICEF Belarus with technical and methodological capacity building of the partnerships on Sport for Development, and with the technical input for development of the communication for development activities to support S4D. Consultant will work in close collaboration with the UNICEF Communication and Partnership team.
