UNICEF invites agencies or individuals to submit offer to conduct Media Monitoring for Child Rights and Communication Assessment, including preferred channels, tools, etc., and Brand Awareness Assessment.

This consultancy aims to analyze the representation of children’s rights, children and their families in Belarus media; find the most commonly used, accessible, preferred audience centered source of communication for defined target audiences; and gather internal and external feedback from defined target audiences regarding recognition, perception, awareness, reputation and trust to UNICEF brand. The study will include both qualitative and quantitative methods and employs discourse and close content analyses.

Qualified agencies/individuals are requested to submit:

  • cover letter,
  • for agency: agency documents and CV and signed P11 forms for each leading experts/consultant in the team for this project); for individual: CV and signed P11 forms for each team member/expert/consultant for this project;
  • technical proposal with budget including layout for 1. Media Monitoring, 2. Communication Assessment, 3. Brand Awareness;
  • reference of previous relevant work.

The closing date for applications is 18:00 (Minsk time), December 24, 2015. Qualified agencies are requested to send their applications to with the subject line: “Tender proposal Media&Communication”. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
