Under the guidance and supervision of the Communication Specialist, the consultant will assist UNICEF Belarus Country Office in (1) development and production of multimedia content in order to increase reach & effectiveness of visibility materials, (2) web-related activities, including transfer to the new website and social media outreach and (3) integrating digital into all aspects of implementation of the Country Communications Strategy.
